Vision Store is committed to a high standard of service, so we aim for short delivery turnarounds wherever possible. We endeavour to dispatch orders received as soon as possible to our international delivery provider.


For all standard orders under 22 kilograms there is a flat rate postage, packing and handling fee of NZ$20.00 (+GST) to anywhere in New Zealand.

Further postage charges for orders that weigh more than 22kg will apply. This will be calculated at checkout.


Most items should be delivered within 20 business days after the item has been dispatched from the warehouse in Sydney, Australia. Once dispatched, the items ordered are in the hands of our delivery agent and are airfreighted to New Zealand. If you have not received your delivery within 20 business days of your order, please check your tracking information for updates or contact Blind Low Vision NZ Email [email protected] or telephone 0800 24 33 33.

Please note: Shipping times are a guideline only and subject to change. You may experience slightly longer delivery times during peak periods or due to unforeseen postal service delivery issues or unavoidable events beyond Vision Australia’s control.


All orders will receive a tracking notification via email from the third-party international freight carrier (DHL) once the item has been dispatched. There may be times that you receive your order in multiple packages, you will receive via email tracking for each package that is sent. In the event where a signature is required, a delivery address must be provided to ensure someone will be available to receive the parcel. If no one is available to receive your parcel, you will be left with a postal tracking card.
